Shipping:
Domestic Orders (United Kingdom): We use Evri/DPD for all domestic orders within the United Kingdom. Once you place an order, we aim to dispatch your items within 1-3 business days to ensure a prompt delivery.
International Orders: For our international customers, we kindly request that you contact our Instagram account to get an accurate shipping cost estimation. We use UPS/Evri for all international orders to ensure reliable and efficient shipping. Please note that as the recipient of the package, you may be responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with the shipment. These charges are beyond our control and vary depending on your country's regulations.
Handling Fragile and Spiky Items:
Some of our products are delicate and feature spiky elements, so it is crucial to handle them with utmost care to avoid damage or injury. While we ensure these items are meticulously packaged to arrive in perfect condition, any damage resulting from mishandling, improper care, or forceful impact will not qualify for return or refund.
If you receive an item damaged during transit, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. We will promptly arrange a replacement and handle the shipping to ensure you receive your item in perfect condition.
General Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact, so that they are in a saleable condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and the shipping fee is non-refundable. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 working days once we have received the returned items and packaging.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item accordingly.
Return Exceptions:
Please note that customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective upon receipt. As these items are uniquely crafted to your specifications, we cannot accept returns on them for other reasons.
